Terms of Use

Usage of the eightnoon platform is subject to the following terms.

• All user generated content are the sole responsibilty of the respective users. They may not reflect the views of the management of eighnoon or any of its staff / proxies.
• All user content can be removed at any time without prior consent or authorization requested by any member of the eightnoon team, staff, management or proxies.
• Points, payments and reward amounts are subject to an alogrithm which can be updated at any time without prior notice. If this should occur, all previous earnings and unpaid amount in wuser wallets remain valid. the changes will only affect subsequent earnings.
• Any attempts to game / defraud / beat the system will lead to immediate termination of account upon discovery an a permanent or semi- permanent ban may be applied to the implicated user. without any compensation whatsoever.
• We reserve the right to terminate / ban / block any account / post if we deem it harmful to our audience or decide that it may not me a good fit for this platform.
• Payments accumulated will be paid out to wallet and held there until we are able to effect a transfer to bank of user (upon user initiated request).
  

  For some reasons which may include insufficient funds, unforseen circumstances, or genreal inability to effect tranfers, user funds will be held in their respective wallets until the situation improves. However we will endeavor to make good on transfers within a perion of 60 days. Any situation that is unresolvable within this time frame will be deemed severe and beyond our control. However we wil proceed to gradually offset all outstanding with time.

• By using this platform you agree to waive all rights to any claims or damages whatsover that may arise from your usage of this platform. You assume full responsibility of your actions and activities and assert that under no circumstance will you or any one representing you purse any form of litigation against eightnoon or its managent and staff with proxies inculded.
• This platform is provided without any warranty or guarantees at any time and if we deem a user unsuitable for this community we reserve the right to issue a refund of the user's last activation amount if the activation period is not expired. Again we reserve the right to issue this or not and it does not give the user any rights to make any claims in this regard.
• You agree that no part of this application will be reverse engineered , brute forced or exploited by you in any way.
• Logox, icons, the names eightnoon, 8n and and its derivatived remain the sole property and trademark of eightnoon and you agree not to use any without express written permission from eighnoon or its founder / top management.
