The secret of a glowing skin
Skin is the largest organ of the body. It provides a thin, but effective barriers to millions of health threats called pathogens, which harms the body and makes a person sick. Eat lots of vegetables and fruits, and drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. However, avoid processed and low nutrient food such as French fries, snack and carbonated drinks; they are unhealthy. In addition to good and healthy food, do exercises, get enough sleep, don’t over expose yourself to sun, and use only natural skin products. This is the secret of a glowing skin.
